Madison Leggett was born in Madison, Wisconsin, in 2000. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, focusing in drawing and graphic design, as well as an Art History Certificate in May of 2022 from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Her work in high school won her a “Best in  Show'' award at the Janesville, WI, Rock County Fair, and has also been published in the  Janesville Gazette. During her undergraduate career, she has had photography work exhibited in  the selective, annual Student Photography Exhibition in 2020. Drawings by Leggett have been featured in the annual competitive Student Art Show in 2021. She has worked behind the scenes of presenting artist work as a curatorial intern for the James Watrous Gallery and their pop-up sculpture exhibition, Vulnerable Bodies, in the spring of 2021. Madison Leggett currently  lives and works in Madison, WI, with her partner.
